Sponge Repeated Compression Fatigue Testing Equipment is specially designed to test the fatigue resistance, compression deformation and service life of sponge, foam, cushion and other flexible porous materials. Adopting stable motor drive and precise control system, the equipment applies continuous cyclic compression to the sample according to preset pressure, stroke, frequency and test cycles, simulating long-term actual use and stress conditions. It can automatically record the number of compressions, thickness changes and fatigue performance of the sample, and stop automatically when reaching the set value or in case of abnormality. With stable operation, high precision and easy operation, this equipment provides reliable test data for material selection, product development and quality inspection. It is widely used in material laboratories, furniture manufacturing, packaging industry and quality supervision institutions to ensure product durability and stability.

BIFMA X 5.1 clause 13 (Arm Strength Test - Vertical - Static) 1. Functional Load A force of 750 N (169 lbf.) shall be applied for one (1) minute. Remove the force. . Proof Load A force of 1125 N (253 lbf.) shall be applied for one (1) minute.
