Product use

The Protective Glove Cutting Tester is a professional precision instrument designed to evaluate the cut resistance of protective gloves, widely applied in quality inspection, R&D and production of personal protective equipment (PPE). It complies with international standards such as EN 388, ISO 20344 and GB 24541, ensuring accurate and authoritative test results.
Its core working principle is to use a counter-rotating circular blade to cut the glove sample under a specified load (5±0.05N), with the blade moving reciprocally (50mm stroke) to simulate actual cutting scenarios. Equipped with an automatic detection system, it stops working immediately when the blade cuts through the sample and records the cutting cycles to quantify the cut resistance index.

The tester features a high-hardness circular blade (45±0.5mm diameter, 30°~35° cutting angle), a conductive rubber sample support and a precise counter. It is suitable for most flexible protective glove materials but not for rigid ones like metal mesh gloves. It plays a crucial role in industries such as metal processing, glass manufacturing and food processing, helping enterprises ensure product safety and meet relevant certification requirements.

Working principle of protective glove cutting test equipment

The working principle of the protective glove cutting test equipment is to simulate actual cutting scenarios to scientifically and quantitatively evaluate the cut resistance of protective glove samples. 
During the test, the equipment uses a counter-rotating circular blade as the core cutting component, which acts on the glove sample under a specified constant load (5±0.05N). The blade performs reciprocal movement with a fixed stroke (50mm), continuously contacting and cutting the sample to simulate the actual cutting force and movement in work scenarios. 

Main Structure and Components of the Safety Helmet Impact Testing Machine

The equipment is equipped with a high-sensitivity automatic detection system. When the blade cuts through the glove sample, the system will immediately stop the operation of the blade and the reciprocating mechanism. At the same time, the built-in precise counter will record the number of cutting cycles from the start of the test to the moment of penetration. This number of cycles is used as a key index to quantify the cut resistance of the glove, reflecting the ability of the glove material to resist cutting damage.
