The rotorless vulcameter is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry for controlling compound quality, rapid testing and basic rubber research. It provides accurate data for the optimal formulation combination of rubber, and can precisely measure parameters such as scorch time, optimum cure time, cure index, as well as maximum and minimum torque.

| Product Principle: This vulcanizing instrument consists of the following components: a main unit, a computer, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors, and electrical interlocks. Among them, the temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of a measurement and control module, a platinum resistance thermometer, and a heater. It can automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient temperature, automatically adjust PID parameters, and achieve rapid and precise temperature control. |
