Product Overview

The temperature-controlled battery short-circuit testing machine is a core device for lithium battery safety performance testing. It is specially designed to simulate the abuse scenarios of external short circuits of batteries in actual use, and can test the thermal runaway risk and safety stability of batteries under high-current short-circuit conditions within a set temperature environment.

By precisely controlling the internal resistance of the short-circuit loop, withstanding high-current impacts, and combining with temperature-controlled environment simulation, it assesses whether batteries have dangerous phenomena such as fire, explosion and liquid leakage.
