Description:

Working Principle
1. The constant temperature and ozone regulation control system controls the SSR in PID mode.


2. The dry-bulb temperature measurement signal is input to the controller after A/D conversion, and the PT-type temperature sensing signal is transmitted to the temperature control meter. Meanwhile, PID controls the SSR heating operation, enabling heat and humidity to be evenly distributed in the test chamber via the air supply system so as to achieve constant temperature regulation.


3. The static tensile test standard stipulates that both ends of the specimen shall be clamped on special fixtures, and a specific elongation rate shall be selected for stretching, with 20% being the common choice. The fixtures are mounted on a rotating sample holder, whose rotational speed ranges from 20 to 25 mm/S. The test is conducted under the conditions of a temperature of (40±2)°C, a relative humidity of no more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration. After a specified period of time, the cracking condition of the specimen is inspected. The generally selected ozone concentration is (50PPHM±10PPHM).
