Description:

Thermal Shock Tester. This equipment adopts a unique heat insulation structure with excellent heat and cold storage effects. It conducts thermal shock tests by switching hot and cold air paths to deliver airflow to test samples. It consists of the chamber frame, refrigeration system, reheating system, damper change system, automatic control system, alarm system, safety protection system and other components.

1.Box frame
Its structure is divided into three parts: high-temperature heat storage area, low-temperature cold storage area and test specimen testing area, to meet tests under various different conditions. The inner cabinet plates are made by baking finish according to the size and type of the chamber, and the thermal insulation material adopts molded POLY UNTHENE foam.

2. Compression Refrigeration Circulation System
It adopts a binary refrigeration circulation system, which is composed of compressor, condenser, refrigerant controller, evaporator, liquid receiver, dryer, filter or strainer, solenoid valve, cascade condenser, flexible vibration-proof tube and other components.
