This testing machine evaluates the wear conditions of wheels and contact base plates under no-load and full-load states. Equipped with three standard polyurethane wheels on an automated turntable, it features automatic counting, variable speed functions, and convenient test panel replacement capabilities.

Standard 50mm aluminum-core polyurethane wheelchair rollers (hardness: 90HA), simulating casters for office wheelchairs, medical wheelchairs and mobile equipment.
The machine tests rolling wear resistance and damage resistance through continuous 24-hour cycles, evaluating:
- Surface abrasion, scratches and abrasion loss
- Plate cracking and surface layer cracks
- Delamination, peeling and warping between layers
Observes wear and tear under 90kg total load conditions, assessing:
- Wear, peeling and cracking of polyurethane outer layer
- Wheel deformation, eccentricity and hardness degradation
- Wear and loosening of aluminum axles
Constructed entirely from aluminum material to prevent scratches and corrosion
