Product use

This high‑precision non‑contact inspection device is specially designed for scooter / balance car tires. It is compatible with 5‑24‑inch pneumatic tires, solid tires and air‑free tires. It performs fully‑automatic measurement of roundness, radial runout and lateral wobble. Equipped with a computer and professional software, it supports real‑time plotting and automatic report generation.

Working Principle

The motor drives the tire to rotate at a constant speed. The laser sensor synchronously scans the tread circumference (for roundness measurement) and sidewall (for run‑out measurement). The software collects distance data in real time, calculates deviations from the reference circle, plots curves and performs analysis. Upon test completion, data is automatically saved and reports are generated.
